The song "Kimiiro Inryoku" (Gravity of your color) by a new high school girls idol unit named Tone Jewel.

Pretty much standard synthetic J-Pop. The interesting aspect of the group is that one of the girls is Austrailian, and they have evidently been self-promoting fairly heavily on Nico Nico Douga.
Tone Jewl's members are Riko Kayama, Kana Sakura (aka KanaP), and Cakehime✩Yuumi (Australian). They call themselves "Gachi Ota Idol" (**** Otaku Idol). They have performed for Nico Nico Douga's "Utattemita" category and have released some doujin/Indie CDs.

My thoughts:
1) Kana Sakura, the girl on the left is really cute! Her voice is OK, but nothing to write home about.
2) Riko Kayama, the one in the middle that sings first has a pretty voice, but her face is a bit long. Perhaps she would look better with a shorter hairstyle or something.
3) Cakehime✩Yuumi, the Austrailian girl on the right is rather plain. She is not
unattractive exactly, but she isn't really attractive either... In addition, did anyone else notice that when she is featured in the video, you can barely hear her voice? She appears to be singing backup to the first girl during her solo section and her voice is barely audible... In addition, she can't lip-sync to save her neck, and she looks utterly bored doing it! (I wonder if she had braces until recently, because the way she holds her mouth and smiles reminds me of someone who doesn't want you to see her braces...)
4) The anime versions of the girls are almost uniformly more attractive than the real thing, with the possible exception of the Kana Sakura, who is equally cute in both and has a real twinkle in her eye in the picture above. I can see her going far in the music business on her looks alone...
Over all, the song isn't really worth the amount of effort I put into typing this post... LOL!
