One Step Closer to Human Cyborgs

To think, they already have cyborg clams and cockroaches (because cockroaches need another way to survive a nuclear holocaust). This is pretty cool. If they can help people that are paralyzed, all the better. Who knows just how far they'll be able to take this technology. They might even be able to find ways to help further increase human lifespans, while increasing quality of life at advanced ages. Only time will tell. Hopefully the technology will be there for us, should there come a time when we need it.
