The video pretty much says it all. It's amazing how people can get up and walk away from terrifying accidents such as these. I know if I was the guy getting knocked out of the car, and I was able to walk, the first thing I would want to do is find the guy that hit me, and beat the stuffing out of him (assuming he wasn't already injured by the accident). This guy must be made of steel.

I would be stuck on the ground for a while, then I'd pinch myself to make sure I was still alive.
