What this means is you will probably have to hire some kind of psychologist to monitor you and help you make the change from man to woman. I'm just speaking from memory from this tv show I saw a few years ago. A man had to dress like a woman and speak and act and etc like a woman and be comfortable enough in all of it before he was allowed to have any surgery.
