The "rain woman" never did make it rain, at least not very hard. There were some sprinkles as we were leaving on Sunday. I thought it was about to start pouring, thinking the "Kogasa effect" was waiting for us to go outside, since everything connected to the con was indoors. It was just sprinkles, though, never did rain.
