I'd suppose K-On would be one of the best because I have seen otakus attempting to learn how to play a guitar ever since that anime series was aired.

That's true. For Touma's case, he is trying to move on with his life without his memories and reckons his memories are stowed away somewhere in his heart. Although, he does have the urge to recover his lost memories but isn't really too bothered about it. I will be looking out for this animation "Golden Time".

The romantic comedy light novel series follows the story of Tada Banri, an incoming freshman at a law school in Tokyo, who is starting college a year late due to an accident that resulted in his losing his personal memories from the first 18 years of his life. (To be clear, he still remembers stuff he learned in school, but doesn?t remember his friends and family at all.)
I do not mean any offense but when I saw this section, it just reminded me of the light novel series of Toaru Majutsu no Index where the protagonist had the same experience.

i watch them though, the last one i watched was laputa... i had fun watching it
but i am probably not as much of a fan as some people are about them
Have you watched Princess Mononoke, Tales from Earthsea and Spirited Away? If you haven't, try watching them and if you liked Laputa, then you might find these entertaining as well.

I haven't been able to read the light novels for this series (can be found on their actual light novel website@http://www.sneakerbunko.jp/series/mondaiji/index.php) but the animation and plot was simple yet entertaining. 3 problem children from another world of different dimensions being summoned to a place by someone, arguably similar scenario from other cross-dimensional related anime. Although I cannot offer spoilers for this, I'd say this series is more like an introduction to the light novel series since some otakus cannot fathom the trouble of reading words without pictures. 10 episodes of this series is not quite enough for fans but enough for humor and laughter, try watching it and post your reviews here please?
